Well I updated, somethings somethin' ya know. They're all old pics, drawn months ago. I have no scanner anymore so I took pictures with my digi-cam and posted it here so quality may not be so great. But yea there you have it.

well i said id update and i will trust me, the picture is done now i just need to cg but thats the problem, i cant seem to get anything good to come out, i guess its been so long that its gonna take awhile for it to come back. But at least i know there will be an update in time and thats all that counts.

Well this is a real shocker, thats what I bet no one is thinking..

But after such a long hiatus we are reunited. Not exactly sure whose reading this or what but I have to say I havent been seeing much action from the people who I want to see some new art from. I cant complain I mean where is my art? I didnt want to really post or do anything on DA till I got a shit load better but hey here I am postin a new journal.

SO since I am here I am goin to make a satement that will fall on deaf ears. We have to get back in the routine. I read that our old competitive nature kept us alive, and active. We used to fill these pages with one pic after another tryin to see who improved in a small time frame. Maybe this is a useless post, but hey its worth a shot

Basically Im gonna post something up soon, even if its nothing big and even though i wanted to get supreme art skills before i returned, I guess I realized not all returns come with a big bang. So in a few day I may post. Im actually serious too. Wether or not its cg'd is a different question though but expect something soon.

Hopefully this re-sparks the competitive nature we once had

If youre reading this and youre one of my watchers than thanks for reading, this whole entry is very importnant, to me at least.

A friend helped me find something on DA one night proving that someone has attempted to bite off of one of my pictures. To alot of people this may seem childish and pointless but you know, when you try to make a character and even if it is a character created for the sonic world its still one you created.

Awhile ago I had done a deviation:[link] It featured my character Enix in front of a burning forest.

A friend who was searchng through DA had come upon this pic. and showed it to me,: [link]

Now, if you look at my picture and than take a look at his picture I think the evidence is pretty clear of what I'm trying to prove.

If you dont see what I see than I'll go into detail.

The first thing I noticed was the hair. The way its styled. It flows the same exact way Enix's hair does, mainly the way the hair curves at the end next to his face, his difference is that it's somewhat longer. The top of the hair may not spike upward but the way it too is stylized also shows a resemblance to enix's hair.

The characters clothes are obviously different but if you see the way he drew it, the way his guy is standing, the way the pants overlap his sneakers. Its all too similar, the overall pose was ripped off. Not only that but the guy's color is light blue, now enix isnt light blue but in the pic which i believed he ripped off his hair was a somewhat light blueish tint.

Now it could all be coincidence but the thing is I know this guy from school. He inst a friend but I have friends who are friends with him. They too have called him a biter before saying that he copies a lot of people, even a recent flash he made has a discussion in which a friend says that copying ppl isnt cool (the flash is in his scraps.)

When confronted he says he had never even seen my page and that he didnt rip anything. The time doesnt even add up either way, I mean he submitted long after I submitted mine. Its all too much of a coincidence.

I wrote this entry becuase it isnt cool in any form to ripp off a character someone has crafted, Enix may have started off as a Sonic fan character but he ended up becoming something more, something i created I changed him from this old style to a new, one that was my own.

The point is if someone cant create something and they have to rip off someone else they shouldnt be allowed to go on and think that its fine and that they are right. The evidence on my side is clear, to me at least. I want to know if I'm just crazy, I just needed to see if anyone thinks I'm wrong.


This isnt to start shit or anything but I mean if your art was ripped off too I'd expect the same. I just wanted to expose something I thoughht was wrong.
